In the mid 80’s, while in my early 20’s, there was a fashion must-have for a suave and somewhat dashing young fellow like myself called a “Members Only” jacket. During that time the Members Only jacket was the epitome of aspirational prep chic for the masses. It was the only jacket to wear to Morning in Amerika. It was sold at the best store at your mid-market mall, and it was expensive enough to telegraph “rich kid” at your junior high school sock hop.

But this is not about jackets and haberdashery. I just thought it a rather clever anecdote to employ for this section which will, now, take a more uncomfortable turn. Depending on the reader’s intellectual tolerance.

Run DMC (Dick Measuring Contest)

The 2025 Russia–United States Summit (also known as the Alaska 2025 or the Trump–Putin Summit) was a summit meeting between United States President Donald “Smitty” Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. It was held on August 15, 2025, at Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska. Like most political animals, I monitored the event with morbid fascination, though my morbidity was likely different from others.

I’d make book on it, to sum-it all up.

Many may remember “Smitty” Trump’s touting the size of his penis during a nationally (cable) televised presidential debate in 2016. Smitty is apparently quite sensitive about the size of his hands and/or penis. Just ask “Little” Marco Rubio, now Secretary of State under Smitty’s second administration. A most ironic irony.

A Fox News video snippet the day of the summit featuring a distressingly moronic anchor named Gallagher, Kilogram, or Centipede “covering” the summit (I think the dude’s first name is Brian) was fascinating. In the video clip he was literally gushing, and maybe even in a sexual sense, over the fact that “President Trump’s plane is much bigger than President Putin’s!” as the two jets rested on the tarmac.

This is a good time for whomever is reading this to stop and think about the millions of angles of that proclamation. It was much more than a statement however pathetic, hollow and geopolitically embarrassing (to speak nothing of stupid) it was what is was, because it is what it is. The impending doom lies in that it can no longer be what it is which, mathematically, means it can no longer be what it was.

Breathe…slowly.

A Picture Is Worth One And A Half Billion Words

Precision

This will be a somewhat unusual format for LookingNWords. Because, after all we look in words, we examine them. Inwardly. With a twist.

What makes this a mild departure in terms of format is I that am incorporating several images as part of this editorial, as it would be incomprehensive without them. It is my sincere hope that I might execute this task properly. Caveat, exception and disclaimer notwithstanding, examine the photo above which was from an enormous military parade just a few days ago in Beijing, China. And, let me tell you, it was off-of-the-Richter Scale impressive.

Now, examine the following photograph from “US” President “Smitty” Trump’s U.S. Army Grand Military Parade and Celebration that took place on June 14, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

Less Than Precision

I learned to march in military formations as a young child. To this very day, my drill skills are crisp. I know what it is to have your feet burn from the hot asphalt while at parade rest for an hour, maybe two.

Pay close attention to the foot placement of the Chinese soldiers and compare it to the foot placement of the Amerikan soldiers. Everyone’s foot should be off of the ground at the same time (let alone goose-stepping). These Amerikan boys look like a rag tag crew in that regard. The Chinese soldiers arms (literally) are up, with white gloves aligned perfectly parallel; the “US” soldiers arms are down. Then, observe the demeanor of the Chinese soldiers and tell me in your heart of hearts which one of these two you would like to invite to a kinetic party and, most importantly, why?

I needn’t know the answer but it might prove cerebrally cathartic to say it to one’s self; and allow it to be one’s own dirty little secret.

HARD-Where And SOFT-Where

The main battle tank deployed by the US military is the M1 Abrams. Since entering service in 1980, the Abrams has been continually modernized and today exists in several operational versions. It’s most recent rendition depicted in the photograph infra. Through Herculean self-discipline, I will refrain from nerding out on performance stats, or lack thereof.

Now, let us take a gander at the main battle tank deployed for field operations by the Chinese. The PLA Type 100 MBT (main battle tank) has an effing “unmanned turret.” That is not only fearsome, it is frigid.

China showcased its new Type 100 main battle tank during its massive Victory Day parade, a platform state media is calling the nation’s first “highly intelligent” armored vehicle. The new tank appears to be a direct leap into automated warfare, featuring an unmanned turret, a remote weapons station, and potentially AI-driven “coordinated combat” capabilities. A companion fighting vehicle was even shown with a stowed quadcopter drone, hinting at integrated aerial reconnaissance. The drone can also, purportedly, carry advanced munitions.

The Geolethal Phallic Quantification Tournament

The total active-duty personnel in China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) was approximately 2,035,000 in 2024. This figure represents the most recent estimates for the combined active personnel across the Army, Navy, Air Force, and other forces like the Rocket Force and Strategic Support Force. China also maintains a paramilitary force, the People's Armed Police, which adds about 500,000 personnel to the total.

As of May 2025, the Russian Armed Forces consist of approximately 3.57 million total personnel, including 1.32 million active military personnel, 2 million reserve service members, and 250,000 active paramilitary forces.

The DPRK’s Korean People's Army (KPA) has an estimated 1.3 million active personnel, making it one of the largest militaries in the world. This total includes approximately 950,000 in the ground forces, 110,000 in the air and anti-air force, and 60,000 in the navy, alongside around 180,000 special operations forces troops. North Korea also maintains a significant reserve force, with estimates of over 6 million personnel. In reserves! AYFKM?

The total strength of the Indian Armed Forces is estimated to be around 1.4 to 1.5 million active personnel across the Army, Navy, and Air Force, with the Indian Army comprising the largest portion. This figure positions India as having the world's second-largest active military force.

As of late March 2025, the U.S. military comprises approximately 1.3 million active-duty members and around 765,000 reserve members. A total of roughly 2.1 million military personnel focused and dispersed around the globe because the globe is the enemy. Factor that stark reality in with the aforementioned facts and do the situational math.

Leaders of all four nations, comprising a third of the world’s population — General Secretary Kim Jong Un, Prime Minister Modi, President Putin and, of course, President Xi — were in attendance.

Every last one of them is nuclear armed…to the teeth.

The Short End Of The Dick

Draft-dodger “Smitty” Trump’s pathetic and anemic military parade did not showcase female soldiers in any significant sense. The photograph above is one of dozens of specialized female Chinese units at the parade of six days ago. Even I do not wish to tangle with them.

To speak nothing of the DPRK.

The fact is, big bad massa boss flinched. He took a look at that parade and said to himself “Damn, those Chinese are looking kinda buffed…I’m too scared to fuck with them, so let me go kill 11 immigrant fisherman off of the coast of Venezuela so that I won’t feel like such a little bitch.”

Big Boss Man, you ain’t so big, you just tall…that’s all.

And morbidly obese.
