DEI: Trump's MAG-Lib
Niggerism at its absolute finest. It is what it is, 'cause it was what it was.
Bear with me for but a short while, as this essay requires deconstruction before construction. Of course that concept would appear counterintuitive to most. Just the same, you read this newsletter because you are not most.
Me neither.
A Historical Primer
Mad Libs was a word game created in 1953 by Leonard Stern and Roger Price. I played the game as a child and thoroughly enjoyed it which should, given the name of this publication, come as no surprise to anyone with an I.Q. above room temperature. The concept of the game was delightfully simple: one player would prompt another for words—nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc.—without providing any context. The chosen words would then be inserted into blanks in a prewritten story. Once completed, the story was read aloud, often resulting in hilariously absurd and unexpected outcomes.
Verily, a prewritten story that is what it is, because it was what it was.
Mad Libs was a creative way to literally discharge absurdity, whether with friends, family, or even the classroom. It also honed English skills. A combination of storytelling and wordplay that highlighted how simple things like filling in blanks could provide considerable amusement. Many people thought that Mad Libs was connected to Mad Magazine due to its humorous unpredictable style that was reminiscent of Mad Magazine’s satirical content, but they were entirely unrelated products.
“Smitty’s” MAG-Libs and DEI
I refer to Trump as “Smitty.” Rather than engage in the superfluous and redundant, those that desire the background on why I call him Smitty can refer to the following link: https://rohnkenyatta.substack.com/p/smitty-have-you-heard-of-him
In the 79 days that Smitty has been in office (for the second time) he has made several references to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), primarily in the context of opposing such initiatives. His dictatorial administration has issued numerous executive orders targeting DEI programs across federal agencies, military platforms, and private companies. He has also publicly criticized DEI policies, claiming they promote "illegal discrimination" and undermine “merit-based” systems. It is a recurring theme in his administration's agenda.
The United States, or “US,” has a million terms, gestures, stereotypes and dog-whistles for the word “Nigger.” If it’s not a million, it might as well be. “DEI” is one of them along with “woke.” So, in the spirit of Mad-Libs, let us play a simplified version of what I am calling MAG-Libs (Make America Great-Libs).
Not as in Liberals, I suppose.
I will now replace the word “Nigger” in place of DEI and “woke” pertinent to the Trump administration’s (Smitty’s) recent rhetoric, speeches, pronouncements and executive orders. It is important to note, as counterpoint, the term “merit” is synonymous with European-Amerikans (aka Whitey). The same applies to the term “our,” “we” and “US.”
To frame it in black and white, so to speak.
The Joint Sessions Address
During Smitty’s Joint Session Address to Congress a month ago, he railed against DEI. Stating “We’ve ended the tyranny of so-called diversity, equity, and inclusion policies all across the entire federal government and, indeed, the private sector and our military. (Applause.) And our country will be woke no longer. (Applause.)”
Mag-Lib Translation: We European-Amerikans ended the tyranny of Niggers all across the entire federal government and, indeed, the private sector and whitey’s military. And the European-Amerikan’s country will tolerate Niggers no longer.
Trump went on further: “We believe that whether you are a doctor, an accountant, a lawyer, or an air traffic controller, you should be hired and promoted based on skill and competence, not race or gender. Very important. (Applause.) You should be hired based on merit. And the Supreme Court, in a brave and very powerful decision, has allowed us to do so.
Mag-Lib Translation: “European-Amerikans believe that whether you are a doctor, an accountant, a lawyer, or an air traffic controller, you should be hired and promoted based on the fact that you are white, not because you are a Nigger. Very important. (Applause.) You should be hired based on whiteness. And the Supreme Court, in a brave and very powerful decision, has allowed European-Amerikans to do so.”
Trump continued: “We have removed the poison of critical race theory from our public schools.”
Mag-Lib Translation: “Racist rednecks have removed the poison of teaching the history of Niggers in our public schools.
Trump went further: “Because we’re getting wokeness out of our schools and out of our military, and it’s already out, and it’s out of our society. We don’t want it. Wokeness is trouble. Wokeness is bad. It’s gone. It’s gone. And we feel so much better for it, don’t we? Don’t we feel better?”
Mag-Lib Translation: “Because we white folks are getting Niggers out of our schools and out of our military, and it’s already out, and it’s out of our society. European-Amerikans don’t want it. Niggers are trouble. Niggers are bad. It’s gone. It’s gone. And whitey feels so much better for it, don’t we? Don’t we feel better?”
Just three weeks before the speech, Trump abruptly fired Air Force Gen. CQ Brown Jr. as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Brown was only the second Black Man in the United States to ever hold the office. This was subsequent to Smitty’s Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth stating “You gotta fire the chairman of the joint chiefs, and you got to fire this – I mean, obviously you’re going to bring in a new secretary of defense, but any general that was involved, general, admiral, whatever that was involved in any of the DEI, woke bullshit has got to go.”
I shall leave you to translate that one on your own.
During the lengthy address, Smitty received innumerable standing ovations calling his policies and rhetoric “commonsense.” I concur. A racist, apartheid society is what the “US” is and always has been which makes Trump’s sentiments quite common. Though I might take umbrage to the “sense” part of it.
Smitty’s Executive Orders on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Trump’s DEI offensive (literally) has been the equivalent of a blizzard in terms of executive orders akin to a whiteout. In his first week in office, President Trump issued a series of executive orders (EOs) targeting diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in the public and private sectors. These executive orders are designed to castrate, neuter, chill and prohibit lawful efforts to advance equal opportunity.
Two of the most notorious and most significant actions were President Trump’s Executive Orders 14173 titled “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunit” and 14151 titled “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing.” Among other things, 14173 rescinds affirmative action and nondiscrimination requirements under Executive Order 11246, requires federal contractors and grantees to certify that they do not operate any “illegal” DEI programs, and requires the U.S. attorney general to create a strategic enforcement plan identifying specific enforcement targets in the private sector for DEI programs his administration believes violate federal antidiscrimination laws.
Executive Order 14151, seeks to end DEI programs and offices across the federal government. Since the order was issued, the federal government has taken significant actions to remove virtually all DEI initiatives across the federal government, including eliminating all DEI-related personnel and offices. The Department of Defense issued guidance ending nearly all celebrations of certain demographic groups, including Black History Month. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued a memo instructing federal agencies to terminate many DEI programs, policies, and practices across the federal government, providing a glimpse of what this administration views as unlawful DEI programs and practices in the private sector.
The EOs direct the Trump administration agencies and staff to: Terminate diversity, equity, and inclusion offices, positions, and programs in the federal government. Terminate equity-related grants and contracts. Repeal prior executive orders designed to ensure equal opportunity in the workplace, including a decades-old executive order from the Johnson Administration that required contractors receiving federal funds to take active steps to prevent discrimination and address barriers to employment opportunities.
Additionally, the EOs direct federal agencies to contractually obligate federal contractors and grantees to certify that they “do not operate any programs promoting DEI that violate any applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws,” while making clear that President Trump considers DEI to be illegal and immoral. Challenge the programs of publicly traded corporations, large nonprofits, philanthropic foundations, professional associations, and institutions of higher education that are designed to advance equity, including by threatening legal action, with the obvious goal of chilling their programs. Issue guidance that may seek to limit what state and local educational agencies and institutions of higher education can do to ensure equal access to education.
I hope Smitty reads this article so that I might confirm his beliefs given that I am the most illegal and immoral Nigger of all time.
It Is What It Is Because It Was What It Was
Our regular subscribers are quite aware that I am known for employing and deploying the mantra that “the sexiest thing in “US” politics is the sexiest thing in the society and that is unadulterated racism.” Particularly antiblackism. It is the root of the tree from which branches my people were, and are, lynched. Donald Trump represents the shit that fertilizes this tree of violence, brutality, immorality and inequality. Or, as Thomas Jefferson would so eloquently state, Trump and his administration are “ Its natural manure.”
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
And Biden how to tell everyone how DEI all of his appointments were. Seems if you have to prove you're not racist, you must be.
It didn't start with Trump, it won't end with Trump, but you know that already.
The saddest part however is that superiority always exhibits psychological weakness. If you have to be better than another, you just don't have any capacity to ever overcome your own feelings of inferiority.
Yoiu're talking about someone who threw rocks at a toddler when he was a teen. Now of course he will throw rocks at everyone because he just has so many complexes and his Inferiority oozes with every word he says. I would try to comfort him out of pity, but he has to stop throwing his rocks to be loved.
Til then he hates the others because he despises himself. If someone had stopped his rock throwing a long time ago...it's the only way he knows how to be better than he knows he isn't.
