I am not, by any stretch, a poet (likely a mediocre writer, at best). Nonetheless, this Ground Hog Day that has lasted over four centuries absolutely must end.

Also, I need to amend my previous closing comment: Your piece carries the same necessary energy of the ENTIRE "Bloodlust" album (Bodycount).
You see what the "Police-y" did with Cop Killer. And though I absolutely despise so-called "rap," I did find the silencing, the threatening and extortion levied against the song astounding. That Freedom of Speech mantra is just that; as is evidenced by the horrors in Yemen and Palestine. And as long as the European (collectively, not as individuals) does not pay a price, it will continue. The world's majority has had enough, and I can both see and feel the shift and am certain that someone as intelligent, and astute, as you can, too.
'Tis an unfortunate reality that lessons not learned in blood are soon forgotten.
